1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to MyEasySchool. By downloading, accessing, or using the MyEasySchool mobile application ("App"), website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Description of Service
MyEasySchool is an educational technology platform providing students with academic resources, including Computer-Based Testing (CBT) simulators, mock exams, video tutorials, past questions, and study scheduling tools. We aim to aid in academic preparation, but we do not guarantee specific scores or admission results.
3. User Accounts
- Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Account Sharing: Accounts are strictly for personal, individual use. Sharing your account credentials with others to bypass subscription paywalls is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without a refund.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
MyEasySchool offers premium features accessible via auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium Access"). By subscribing, you agree to the following terms required by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store):
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
- Management & Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
- Refunds: All payments are handled by Apple and Google. We do not directly process refunds. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google support according to their respective store policies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided within the MyEasySchool platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, video tutorials, CBT layouts, software code, and educational materials—is the exclusive property of MyEasySchool or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.
6. User Conduct
When using MyEasySchool, you agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the operation of the App or our servers.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract past questions or video content.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate past questions and educational content, MyEasySchool makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the study materials. We do not guarantee that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyEasySchool, its developers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to our servers; or (c) poor academic performance or failure of examinations.
9. Account Deletion and Data Retention
You have the right to delete your account at any time via the "Profile" section of the App. Upon deletion, your personal data and study history will be permanently erased or anonymized. Please note that active subscriptions must be explicitly canceled through your App Store or Google Play settings, as deleting your app account does not automatically stop store billing.
10. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of MyEasySchool after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
